Internal Frame Feeder

Designed to replace one or two frames within the brood chamber, these feeders put syrup directly where the bees are. Our frame feeders feature textured interior walls or specialized ladders to provide the bees with a secure grip, preventing drowning while they feed. 

• Pro-Tip for Northern Ontario: On Manitoulin Island, frame feeders are excellent for feeding during the cooler spring or autumn months. Because the syrup is kept warm by the cluster’s own body heat, the bees can continue to take down feed even when Northern Ontario temperatures are too low for them to move up into a top feeder.
